a criminal mastermind in New Port city, he and his thugs are the main reason why the Tank Police squad was formed. Bakuan usually works with two beautiful women, the Puma sisters. it alsoseems that Bakuan once worked as a naked model for artists, one particular painting of him is tought to be oe of the most expencive paintings ever made in New Port.

Bardock
Goku's father who never got to meet his son. Bardock's team was mad enough to take jobs that even Frieza's elites wouldn't mess with! He was very dirty and evil at first, but then this saiyan warrior foresaw the destruction of planet Vegeta and tried to defend the place from Frieza's troops. He was brave enough to stand alone against his army. He died a a warrior's death.

Bartley
A merchant who sells weapons and goods in Baldur's Gate. His equipment comes all the way from Waterdeep and Amn. Bartley is a fair trader and a very nice person who sometimes starts to chat even with people he doesn't know. Bartley also jokes a lot. It seems that he was an adventurer himself a long ago, but he simply got too old for a job like that...

Batsu Ichimonji
A student in Justice Highschool. He is one of the Taiyo team, and his best friends are Kyosuke and Hinata. Batsu is good at everything physical, but then again, that is the only thing he is good at. Everything else is hard for him. Batsu is poor, and does many things to help his mother (he even fights for money).

a Redguard serving as a Blade, he is loyal and a bit hot-blooded. he is quite young to be a blade, since the others seem to be older than him, Baurus thinks and acts like a true knight...

Bean Bandit
usually just called "Mr.Bean" he is rough-neck who drives like a mad man. he has a thing for musclecars and he is constlantly tuning up his cars, since he has many. but Bean also has a thing for Kevlar, the re must be kevlar in every piece of clothing he wears! (yup... even in underwears)and even if Bean isn't protected by Kelvar, he can take a lot of damage, he is even able to walk with a broken leg!... Bean is very tall man who's hair is out of control and he really has a massive jaw!... so it's kinda hard to miss him if you're looking for him... though bean looks like a crook and sometimes acts like one, he is actually a kind and caring fellow deep down...

A beast master who lives in a monster tower in Monsbaya. He tries to hatch the ultimate monster on the top of the tower just to find out what kind of creature it is. All the monsters in the tower obey him. Beldo lost an arm when Koh's father, Guy sliced him. That's why he is bitter towards Guy's family and has sworn to make them pay. Beldo feels uneasy when someone notices his missing arm.

Beshimi
one of the fierce Oniwabanshuu ninjas... Beshimi is a very tiny man, and relies on his fast speed and accuracy with missile weapons more than fysical strenght, he favors using special darts that look like shells and often likes to poison them just incase... Though Beshimi is small and seems fragile, he posesses incredibly strong will and will not fall even when he gets shot! he struggles until he gets what ever he was doing done before he allows himself to collapse... Beshimi makes people nervous and everyone always wonder what he is up to... well who wouldn't wonder, since he sneaks around corners and looks like a goblin!...

Birdman
mysterious tanned man who has few tattoos, he has Complete heterochromia, meanin eyes are the different colors, he has blue left eye and brown right eye. he aways speaks softly and never really rises his voice, Birdman might be half jamaikan, half japanese, that would explain his quite unique appearance. many do not realize but Birdman is actually a result of human experiments by doctor Lem, he is part of the "family program" so he is one of the "Galerians" a young man given power to teleport around if he just wills so, he can also burst open heads with his psychic abilities...

Bishamon
A samurai warrior from old Japan. He is a remarkable swordsman who seeks for power. Even though he is only a spirit, he still keeps fighting and training. Many think that Bishamon is scary because he always looks angry and demanding, but he still posesses a wise and calming aura. This may confuse those who meet him. Bishamon may be a bit cranky sometimes, but he also may speak the words of wisdom to those who need them. It is very rare to meet him, since his spirit is cursed to be a part of  Hannya, an evil armour.

Bishamon (Hannya)
Bishamon the samurai once fought with the armor of hatred known as Hannya to obtain more power. He won the battle and took the armor. From that point on he was cursed to become mad from the bloodlust of the armor. Bishamon wields the Kien, a cursed sword. He became a monster whose only purpose is to fight and shed blood. He is horribly powerful and no-one seems to be able to stop him. He will continue to kill forever if no-one won't stop him. Bishamon's spirit is stuck on the armour and he curses himself for being so foolish.

A huge battle cyborg who works as a E.SWAT officer in Olympus. only one cyborg out of 100 perfectly coordinated, and Bri is one of those lucky ones! Bri's skin mimics human tissue in some areas (those black parts in his body)and the skin has the same temperature as human skin, every cyborg has warm "skin" so that their inner human organs would live, as well as nervous systems, reproductive organs and central core. Bri keeps his cool well, even in a though situations, he is able to use his head well and is good at shooting. Bri owns a huge motorcycle, that is built to hold his weight and height, the bike is too big for a human to handle. his guns are like that too. Bri is 32 years old...
